François-Xavier provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services as part of Lincoln’s Industrials Group. With extensive experience advising on more than a dozen transactions, he specializes in midcap companies with unique expertise and leadership positions in niche markets. He has also worked on highly complex transactions, including carve-outs for large corporations, demonstrating his determination and ability to tackle challenging and multi-faceted projects.
Combining a solution-oriented mindset with deep industry knowledge, François-Xavier supports his clients throughout the M&A process with clarity and confidence. From structuring impactful transactions to addressing multifaceted challenges, he is dedicated to delivering long-term value and ensuring each deal aligns with his clients’ strategic objectives. Since joining Lincoln in 2019, François-Xavier has built a strong track record in domestic and international deals, earning the trust of private equity funds, private companies, and major enterprises.
He has spent his entire career at Lincoln, joining as an M&A Analyst in 2019.
François-Xavier holds a master’s degree from EDHEC Business School.
