Phil provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the business services industry. His experience includes sell-side and buy-side transactions for private equity firms and public and privately held companies. Phil uses his diverse transaction experience to focus on highly scrutinized and strategic positioning in addition to thoughtful process execution.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Phil was an Associate in M&A advisory at Harris Williams. Previously, he was an equities and options trader.
Phil earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of William & Mary. He is a CFA charterholder.
