Who We Are / Our People / Wyatt Seligman

Wyatt provides valuation advisory services to business development companies, private credit and private equity funds and other alternative asset managers. Wyatt leverages his knowledge across all types of investments, including illiquid debt, preferred equity, common equity, and various types of derivatives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Wyatt was a Senior Associate at KPMG where he was in the audit group.

Wyatt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Accounting from Christopher Newport University.
