Charles provides buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity-backed companies, privately held businesses and multinational corporations, with a focus on industrials.

Harnessing his deep financial services expertise, Charles delivers bespoke, innovative solutions to clients, enabling him to achieve long-lasting outcomes that positively benefit all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Charles was an M&A Analyst at geotzpartners. Previously, he held roles at KPMG and EY.

Charles earned a Master of Science in finance from emlyon business school and a degree in corporate finance from the University of Mannheim.
