Eric Benjamin

I enjoy learning the unique elements behind each transaction and am motivated by the opportunity to closely partner with our clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Eric provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services for leading financial sponsors, public companies and privately held / family-owned businesses in the industrials sector. He has experience executing both buy-side and sell-side cross-border and domestic transactions.

Eric focuses on working with industrial technology providers, manufacturers of engineered products and businesses that serve the energy transition, power and infrastructure end markets.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Eric was a member of Federal Signal’s corporate development team, where he executed buy-side M&A and other strategic assignments. Previously, he worked at Baird as a member of their global industrial group.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Indiana University.
