Who We Are / Our People / Oliver Cole

Oliver provides M&A advisory services to clients in Lincoln’s Technology Group. He has extensive experience navigating complex transactions, specializing in exits and capital raises.

Oliver has deep sector knowledge of the technology industry and forges relationships with clients based on trust and transparency. He is passionate about driving long-lasting success through a collaborative advisory process.

Prior to joining Lincoln in 2024, Oliver was an Associate at Baird in the M&A technology team. Previously, he worked at Mizuho in the corporate finance team.

Oliver earned an honors degree in financial analysis and portfolio management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town.
