Ryan is a Managing Director and the Co-Head of Aerospace and Defense for the firm. He focuses on providing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients within the aerospace, defense and space sectors. He leverages over 25 years of M&A experience, including advising on both sell-side and buy-side transactions.
Ryan specializes in advising clients throughout the industry’s supply chain, including i) engineered components and subsystems; ii) maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO); iii) commercial aerospace, defense and space manufacturing; iv) specialty materials (composites, ceramics, polymers, coatings); and v) hardware manufacturing and distribution.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Ryan served as a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s aerospace and defense group. Earlier in his career, he served as a Director at Lazard and a Senior Vice President at Jefferies. Prior to his career in investment banking, Ryan played professional baseball in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA.
