Alchemy Partners and Nick Dunning Associates have acquired Badger Holdings Group
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, has advised Alchemy Partners and Nick Dunning Associates (“NDA”) in their acquisition of Badger Holdings Group.
NDA is a new player in the U.K. lettings market whose objective is to build an extensive network of lettings agencies across the U.K., primarily through acquisitions. Badger Holdings Group represents a significant platform acquisition. Backed by Alchemy Partners, NDA will continue its buy-and-build strategy and is actively looking to acquire further lettings-focused agencies across the U.K.
Lincoln has known Nick Dunning for a number of years and worked with him and his team to build a plan for a new market entrant in the highly fragmented U.K. residential lettings market. Lincoln then introduced Nick to a small number of high quality private equity funds with an interest in this sector. Alchemy was chosen as a partner because the change in market and regulatory conditions suited their fund dynamics and Lincoln has a long-term trusted relationship with Alchemy for always delivering on terms agreed. The transaction was completed swiftly and efficiently.
