Avedon Capital Partners has agreed to sell Kinly to Yorktel, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners

The Deal

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Kinly, providing strategic advice, comprehensive market and buyer insight and hands-on execution support throughout the transaction, drawing on the firm’s deep sector expertise in the AV and broader global IT services sectors. The transaction builds on Lincoln’s strong momentum in the sector, underpinned by ongoing market consolidation as demand for integrated cross-border digital workplace solutions continues to globally accelerate.

Yorktel has signed an agreement to combine with Kinly, marking an important milestone in both companies’ growth journeys by merging the two firms into a premier workplace experience and collaboration provider with unparalleled global reach. Together, the merged company will serve more than 2,500 clients across 27 global locations, with more than 1,600 employees, including 900+ industry-specialist accreditations. This expanded scale elevates the combined company’s ability to deliver truly global managed services.
