Established in 1931, Slingsby Advanced Composites is a leading provider of advanced and complex composite structures across the land, air and sea defense spectrum. Acquired by the Marshall Group in 2010, SACL has built a reputation for excellence in delivering critical projects that support UK national security and NATO allies.

The Deal

Lincoln International advised the Marshall Group on the sale of its subsidiary Slingsby Advanced Composites to Mangohojden. Lincoln was entrusted with this mandate given its significant experience in the aerospace and defense market, global buyer relationships and process execution capabilities. The Marshall Group’s objective in this transaction was to identify a buyer committed to investing in the growth and development of SACL, ensuring its continued success and contribution to the national security of the UK and its NATO allies.
