Matt Stariha

Matt provides valuation advisory services to investment funds, public and privately held companies, boards and special committees that span various industry sectors.

Matt works closely with clients to understand the unique challenges that they face, enabling him to deliver excellent services and provide solutions that address their pain points.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Matt was the Director of Valuation at Coatue where he built out the firm’s valuation practice, which included valuing investments from pre-seed to pre-IPO. Previously, he was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) where he focused on portfolio valuations for alternative asset managers.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.
