Grant Saul

Grant brings over 25 years of expertise to Lincoln’s Private Funds Advisory Group, where he advises private capital sponsors on capital formation and engages with limited partners to help achieve private market investment objectives. With deep experience as both an advisor and allocator, Grant provides clients with tailored solutions informed by world-class data and firsthand insights into the evolving private markets.

Grant works closely with private equity firms and institutional investors to structure and execute primary fund raises, private direct and secondary transactions. His advisory process is guided by a belief that collaboration and open dialogue drive the strongest results for sponsors and limited partners.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Grant held leadership positions at Eaton Partners, Moelis & Company and Hamilton Lane. Earlier in his career, he worked at Comverge Inc. and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Grant earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance with Honors from Southern Methodist University.
