Louis serves as a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Private Funds Advisory Group, where he advises private equity (PE) firms and their limited partners on a broad range of transaction types, including capital formation and private market capital allocation. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, Louis has established himself as a trusted advisor in the private markets, building lasting relationships and delivering strategic insights that drive results.

Throughout his career, Louis has specialized in supporting clients through every stage of the private equity lifecycle, from forming and structuring funds to maximizing value and performance. His deep market expertise and proven track record make him a reliable resource for private equity firms seeking tailored solutions for their capital needs.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Louis was a Director at Eaton Partners, where he focused on origination, project management and distribution. Earlier in his career, he held origination, diligence and PE allocator roles at Credit Suisse, Fiducent and Verus.  Louis started his career at UBS.

Louis earned a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Gonzaga University.
